St. Cloud Proud: Owners on Every Job
Founded in 2020, our company was born from a desire to build something lasting for our family and our community. We started during a time of uncertainty because we wanted to provide St. Cloud with a level of service that other sealcoating companies—and their rotating crews—simply can't match.
The Owner-Operated Difference
When you hire us, you get the owners, not a hired crew. We don’t outsource our labor, and we don’t leave your property in the hands of "outside" employees.
- Direct Accountability: We are on-site 100% of the time, from the initial handshake to the final brushstroke.
- Owner-Level Precision: Because our name is on the business, we don’t skip steps. We ensure the job is done right because we are the ones doing the work.
- Personal Connection: You’ll never have to wonder who is on your property. We are here to answer your questions and ensure your total satisfaction.
The Hand-Brushed Advantage
We choose quality over speed. While other companies spray their sealant to get to the next job faster, we hand-brush every application.
- Zero Overspray: Your siding, garage, and landscaping stay spotless.
- Thicker Protection: Brushing forces the sealant deep into the asphalt's pores for a bond that lasts.
- 2-Year Warranty: Because we do the work ourselves, we stand behind it with a warranty that doubles the industry standard.
As a family team, we aren't just another corporation. We’re your neighbors, and we’re here to deliver results you can trust for years to come
Post-Service & Maintenance Guide
How long should I keep my sprinklers off? Shut off all automatic sprinklers 24 hours before and 48 hours after our service. Water is the #1 enemy of a fresh sealcoat. If your sprinklers hit the driveway before it’s fully cured, it will cause "washouts," streaks, or white spots where the sealant failed to bond.
Is it safe for my pets? Yes, once it is dry to the touch (usually 4 to 8 hours), it is safe for pets to walk on. However, we recommend keeping them off until then to prevent "paws" from tracking black sealant onto your carpets or decks. Our product is water-based and safe for the environment once cured.
How long until I can drive on it? While you can walk on it the same day, you must keep all vehicles off for 24 to 48 hours. Because our hand-brushed method applies a much thicker layer than a standard spray, it requires a "deep-cure" time to harden. Driving too early can cause permanent power-steering ruts or scuffing.
How long does the protection last? In our St. Cloud climate, we recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years. Our harsh Minnesota freeze-thaw cycles and winter road salt strip the essential oils from your asphalt. Regular maintenance keeps the pavement flexible and prevents it from turning into loose gravel (raveling).
Why is your re-application cycle different than others? Many spray companies suggest every year because their coat is thin. Because we hand-brush for a thicker, mechanical bond, our work is more durable. This is why we can confidently offer a 2-year warranty—we build it to last longer than the industry standard.
